Question: I have to urinate every hour I can't hold it in puplic to hold it I have to put my hand in my pocket at night I get up 8 plus time Iam so tired most mornings I Wake to a wet bed .when Ido urinate I don't empty been to many Dr.s had many test Iam a 46 yr old male had this problem ten plus yrs sex has stopped because a lot of urine comes out before sperm .please help.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have urgency with frequency for urination since 10 years.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What are the investigations you have done so far ? (If possible Please upload reports )
2) Are you diabetic?

Your problem seems to be due to what is called as Over Active Bladder.

Normally bladder pumps the urine when bladder is filled with 300 ml of urine ,however in this condition it contacts involuntarily even when bladder is filled with 50- 100 ml of urine leading to urgency and frequency..

Please take anti muscuranic drugs like Darifenacin once daily .This will help to control urgency and frequency.
