Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination, Cramps In The Stomach And Back, Headache And Hypertension
Question: I just came from Urgent care, but they could find nothing wrong. I have to pee every 30 minutes and stomach and back is cramping, head is hurting. BP has now raised to 150\94 with HB Medicine. He put me on an Antibiotic anyway as there was no UTI and Xray of stomach showed nothing. I believe there was inflammation of large intestine.

I believed I figured it out. I think I had a reaction to Istalol eye drops. I had taken the drops on that Day and within an hour, I had the cramps and frequent urination, terrible headache and nausea. I literally still continued to urinate frequently and had headache and cramps for two days. I never took the drops again and now am fine as I believe it is out of my system.
Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes it’s possible that it could simply be a adverse drug reaction if it has happened after taking that eye drops.
Simply avoid using it again.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks,
Wanda

Brief Answer:
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The other possibility could have been UTI but as you said it has been ruled out so the only possibility left according the history is an adverse drug reaction.
As you are alright now and all your tests came normal during ER evaluation so there is nothing to be worried about.
Hope this has been helpful.
