Brief Answer:
Further investigations are needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for asking on this platform
I can understand your concern. There can be so many causes of frequent urination like urinary infection, diabetes, kidney disorder or maybe physiological
So first of all I would suggest you to monitor total intake and output over 24 hours to check whether there is increased intake with increased output, normal intake with increased output or normal intake normal output with increased frequency of urination.
In diabetes the blood sugar should be out of range. If your child's blood sugar is normal the chance of diabetes in unlikely.
To find out other causes like urinary infection, kidney disorder I would like to get Urine examination/culture,USG abdomen ( to see the kidney, bladder),serum electrolyte done.
I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician and get proper evaluation and management accordingly.

Plese let me know if you have any more query.

I have been observing he urinates 3 times a day he says his not thirsty also there's no history of the disease in family can having the coxsackie virus cause you to develop diabetes if two months ago everything was normal is there a chance he can have developed it.Also what is consider frequent urination how much s too much and excessive thirst what is considered toomucj

Brief Answer:
Coxaskie infection can cause diabetes mellitis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for follow up

You are right as coxaskie infection can cause diabetes mellitus. The symptoms of diabetes are increased thirst, increased frequency of urine, pain abdomen and vomiting.
The diagnosis can be made with increased blood sugar level and altered blood chemistry(acid and electrolyte imbalance).
I suggest you to get him evaluated by a pediatrician to find out the cause of increased frequency of urine.
