Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination, Mild Temperature And Fatigue

Question: 13 May-burning urination,lower back pain only on left side,fever which went away after BAMS doctor medicines in 5days

Zenflox UTI,NISE tab

Abnormal Laboratory results : CBC result:Total WBC-16000, Neutrophils-72, Urine result:Protiens-Present (Trace),PUS (WBC) cells-Plenty,RBC-Occa

21 May-Penis passage felt little block in mid part,brown colour urine while stopping and sudden 1 drop blood

Abnormal Laboratory results : Urine result PUS:3-4

Urologist diagnose Levoflox 750-daily 1-0-0-5days,Niftas 100-1-0-1-5 days,Velfu 10-0-0-1-5days,USG and Urine culture is attached

08 June-Pain in left testis with little swollen, which was normalised after BAMS consultation who advised 2days Zifi 200 1 tablet after meals

My question is

I am still having mild bearable pain at area where Belt buckle we wear (may be you call it as urinary bladder, more specifically pain at right side or at central position all the day, frequent urination during day and night may be 40minute frequency(drink a lot of water around 4-5 lit in a day and 250ml during night), little fatigue or may be mild tempature some time in a day. Pls. let me know what is the reason for this and advise me next course of action

Currently taking 1 Niftas at night as advised by Urologist for 7 days, any side effect for this tablet and will my symptoms be back after stopping this medicine

Also for urine culture I went around 8am to give sample before that day around 4pm i took Niftas, will it make any difference to urine culture test results

Based on the facts and reports that you have posted you seem to have UTI associated with stones in both the kidneys .

Continue taking medications prescribed by your Urologist ..
There are no side effects of Niftas .You can safely take it for 2-3 weeks

The possibility of urine culture to be negative after taking Niftas prior to collecting urine sample for culture cannot be ruled out.

Ensure to drink more water. This will help to keep your urine dilute and get relief from dysuria.and flush out the stones in urine .

Can you please let me know how kidney stones can be flushed out, apart from taking Niftas I am more concerned with root cause problem solving, any ayurvedic medicine or your suggested medicine

Also please help me with reason for testis swelling all of sudden

Stones being very small can be expected to pass out through urine .This can be achieved by producing more urine by drinking more water ,

Truly speaking no medicine from any fraternity of medicines can prevent stone formation .

The medicines(Antibiotics) prescribed by your Urologist are being suggested to treat the infection which is the basic cause for stone formation.

Urinary bladder pain is also associated with urinary infection/kidney stones?

Bladder is one of the organ of urinary system hence there is bladder pain whenever there is UTI.

Take anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .It will help to relieve testicular , bladder and pain in left leg .
