I would recommend performing some tests:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I carefully passed through your question and would explain that cardiac arrhythmia may cause frequent urination during the nigh, especially paroxistic atrial fibrillation.

After a spell of arrhythmia frequent urination may occur (due to release of atrial naturetic factor, a polypeptide released from the atria that stimulates diuresis) or you may feel fatigued for hours to days.

Coming to this point, I would recommend performing further tests to investigate for the type of cardiac arrhythmia and the possible underlying causes:

- a cardiac ultrasound to examine your cardiac function and structure
- an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring to examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged time and examine better the type of arrhythmia you are experiencing
- some blood lab tests (complete blood count for anemia, thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid dysfunction, blood electrolytes for possible electrolyte imbalance)
- a coronary angio CT scan would be needed, especially if suspicions of coronary artery disease are raised during functional test, to detect for possible coronary artery disease.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

I would also like to review your performed cardiac test reports for another second professional opinion.

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask me again whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
