Brief Answer:
Buy these medications and start immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help.

The most probable diagnosis is that of a urinary tract infection, but this can be confirmed only with the help of a urine analysis and urine culture examination, so as soon as you can take her to a clinic or hospital for a urine examination, please do so. But for now, please follow the following steps:

-Give her plenty of water to drink
-Continue giving her the 'TABLET URISPAS' three times a day for 3 days
-Please purchase the solution 'POTKLOR or CITRALKA' and drink 2 tablespoons mixed with a little water and drink it three times a day for 5 days
-Initiate the medication 'TABLET NITROFURANTOIN 400 mg' once in the morning and once at night for 5 days. You may give her the first dose right now

But please make sure you take her to a hospital as soon as a specialist is available in the morning. I hope your mother finds relief to a certain extent after taking the above mentioned medications. Please also purchase cranberry juice (from REAL or TROPICANA) and keep giving her sips of it whenever she can tolerate it. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always available to help.

Best wishes.
