Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination

A week back I had frequent urination problems, no pain in my urine at all and no discharge or pus. This seemed to past but the small ache in my abdominal hasn't, also testicles give me a dull ache. I had this problem last year which I got checked and said all clear for std's, since my last check about 6 months ago I have had unprotected oral sex once (no ejaculation and with someone who I played with before high showed my get as clear) the last time this happend must been about 4-6 months ago, ever since then iv played extremely safe. Could my symptoms be std related? If so would it show 4-6 months down the line!? My penis looks healthy and have no since of discharge or anything.
STD is unlikely; I suggest a few Lab test like Urinalysis, Urine culture

Hello. Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and I have noted down your concern.
An STD is a very unlikely cause for these symptoms specially in the absence of symptoms & signs i.e urethral discharge and burning sensation on passing urine.
Oral sex is anyways not a common cause of urethritis and moreover it is unlikely to manifest after 4-6 months of oral sex.
Abdominal pain and dull testicular ache could be due to another medical condition like prostatitis, hernia, kidney stones Or urinary infection.
I suggest a few basic tests i.e Urinalysis, Urine culture, Ultrasound abdomen.
Clinical examination by a general surgeon/ urologist would give more idea if there is a local cause for these symptoms like prostatitis Or hernia.

my penis help? I think looks totally normal
Not an STD; Other medical conditions need evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
The symptoms that you have i.e mild abdominal pain & dull testicular ache in absence of fever, urethral discharge or burning sensation are not classical of an STD and moreover the time lag (i.e 4-6 months) between your last unprotected oral sexual act and current symptoms does not go in favor of an STD.
Though STDs like gonorrhea and chlamydia may rarely be acquired through unprotected oral sex and this may get complicated by testicular involvement i.e epididymo-orchitis but not after such a long time delay of 4-6 months.
Frequent masturbation may be a possible cause if you were too rough with your genitals.
Else, these symptoms in your case is most likely due to another medical condition like prostatitis, hernia, kidney stones Or urinary infection as I mentioned earlier.
I suggest you to take an otc analgesic like paracetamol, twice daily for 2-3 days for symptomatic relief. If they do not resolve by then I suggest you to visit a urologist.
Regards
