Question: I am having frequent urination which I am able to notice from last 2 month. Also I am suffering from back pain from last six years which is due to disc bulge in l4 l5 joint. Currently my symptoms are delay in starting urination and frequent urination. Urine output is 150 ml after having urge to urinate. Urine and blood test are done. X-ray of urethra also done with urologist. He suggested to meet neurologist. Neurologist has further refered me to pyschiatrist. Currently I am medication with pyschiatrist from last 21 days he says it is due to anxiety. Whether is it due to anxiety or any physical problem? Symptoms are reduced little bit but I need to complete solution from this problem as it causing discomfort. My marriage is also fixed in April 2017. Currently i am taking Nexito 10 mg and panazole .25 mg

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I am Dr.Endri Katro and i will answer at your questions. I have read your medical report and i might say as follows.
Your symptoms are: Back pain due to the disk bulge L4-L5
-Delay in starting urination, frequent urination. Urine output of 150 ml after the urge to urinate.

Now since for these problems you have consulted an urologist, and he ruled out a problem in your urinary tract, than we might rule out the physical problem.

You are on Nexito 10 mg from 21 days to treat anxiety. Therapeutic response of Nexito can take four to six weeks or even more. Your symptoms are reduced for these 21 days of treatment. It means that the medicine (in this case Nexito) prescribed by your psychiatrist is working. As I mentioned before, we might need up to 6 weeks or more to have the full response of this drug. I know that it might be hard for you to not worry, but even stress can worsen your symptoms. You need to give at your body the time needed to react as it is supposed to the medication.
Also alcohol, coffee, stress, can worse the symptoms.
-Try to not worry.
-Do all the things you like everyday to stay calm, and to relax
-Yoga,or a walk in the park can help your mind and your body to relax
-At night, try to sleep early, lets say around 8 or 9 PM your time and if possible try to have 8 hours of sleep each night.

Probably after 6 weeks, your symptoms will get better.
