Question: I have a concern i mave this mark on my penus. no itching. been on the road for a while.

Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be a patch of nonspecific dermatitis or friction dermatitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-8 days.
This should resolve it.
