Brief Answer:
Looks like fungal dermatitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query and pictures. It looks like fungal dermatitis. Using ointments or creams containing combination of anti fungal agents like miconazole and corticosteroids like hydrocortisone for local application will be helpful for this. This is available as over the counter in brands like daktarin or daktacort. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area as it can cause irritation and dryness. You can use just warm water for washing.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Hi doctor I got it checked by my GP and there was a little spot also on the scrotum? It looks to me like it's disseapered now. He did say even if it stays it's a spot you get like on your face etc..
Are spots common for men on the testicle and what do I do if I can't get rid of it just get on with life?
It's nothing like a sebaceous cyst is it?
It's because I popped open a spot with wart cream and now new skin has formed over.
When will the skin even out? Or will it just stay as a mark?

Spots are common for men also. It doesn't look like sebaceous cyst
If you popped out spots then it can be most likely scar tissue. Scar tissue in scortum will last longer. Gradually it will get normalized. It may take 1 to 2 years for the tissue to get even. Avoid scratching over it and make it moisturised with coconut oil or emollient cream. This will helps in regenerating faster.
