Question: I have a fungal infection in my armpit - I have tried antifungal creams but it has ot cleared up. any over the counter meds that will work?

I am so sorry to hear about this rash in your armpit.

From all the information you have provided, I am not very much convinced this is a fungal infection. There should be no reasons why a fungal rash that generally responds to these over the counter creams would fail to do so on multiple attempts.

I will suggest that you get this rash examined and the diagnosis confirmed before further treatment options are considered. It is not unlikely for several different rash types to be mistakenly diagnosed as fungal related.
