Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query.
Kindly upload the clear digital image of the area.
Lulfin lotion is alcohol based. It can cause burning sensation if it is applied to already irritated skin. I would advise you to stop using it.
Continue with AF 150 mg tablets once every week for 6 weeks.
Instead of Lulfin Lotion apply Clotrin-B lotion twice daily.
Take an oral antihistamine for example cetrizine 10 mg tablet once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Thanks for the pictures. The whole area is inflamed and irritated.

I would suggest you to use AF-150 Tab once weekly for 4 weeks and topically apply Clotrin-B lotion, twice daily for the next 4 weeks, along with oral antihistamine once daily.

I wont advocate panderm+ because it contains a potent steroid which should not be used over the delicate skin of the groin folds.

Abzorb powder can be used later, to prevent recurrences.

Sir, whether it will cured parmanently or I have to take some Antibiotic /Antibecterial doses, if so kindly prescribe me the same. In my locality I have not found Clotrin-B lotion if there having any aternative for the same, pl. specify. Tablet CETRIZINE is found as antihistamine.

Fungal Infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Candid-B OR Canesten-B is an alternative.

After 4-6 weeks of oral and topical antifungals, use Abzorb Dusting Powder (after bath and before going to bed) to keep the area dry. This would also prevent a recurrence.

Wear loose fitting clothes, bathing twice daily, weight control are few general measures.

I would also suggest a blood sugar test to rule out diabetes.

Recurrences can happen if the conditions favorable for fungal growth are set in: like sweating, hot , humid weather etc. Therefore using an antifungal dusting powder is all the more important after cure to prevent a recurrence.
