Brief Answer:
Application of Clotrimazole powder should help.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images. It seems that your son has a fungal infection. If that is the case application of candid (clotrimazole) powder a few times a day should help in its resolution. I do not find anything else wrong here.

If the raised portions normalize gradually after use of clotrimazole powder, its fine. Else you can see a dermatologist. A clinical examination might yield further clues.
