Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection In The Groin Area

Question: Sir.. can u please tell me what should i do on these areas.. i still cant understand that after having such a nice hygeine. i am still having a problem. I am getting scared and embarassed.
Brief Answer:
I have had a look at the picture, and this looks like a fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have had a look at the picture, and this looks like a fungal infection to me.
In spite of good hygiene we can get it since it is a moist area and fungi love moisture.
Please shave the area, and keep it dry.
You can apply an antifungal plus steroid cream locally. But more importantly, take oral Fluconazole
and get it prescribed by a local doctor.
It would also not be a bad idea to do a local scraping at a path lab and looking for the diagnosis if you do not respond. Sometimes it could also be psoriasis.
Regards
