Question: I have a scalp condition that is small sand like pellets in my hair that get into my eyes and on my bed clothes

This looks like a resistant fungal infection.

I can guide you better , if you can upload images of your scalp.

At this point, it's advisable to completely shave your scalp hair to get a better view of the entire scalp.
