Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection On Penis

Question: I have tighten skin under the penis its connect on the head sometime i can stretch it back and now its getting to the point were I cant get it to go back only when i out water on it it goes back its skin tissue connect to the penis underneath. I don't have money for operation or insurance what can i do use a special cream and what kind to see if it goes back to normal thanks

Do indeed to see a urologist its tighten of the skin and the line underneath the pens its close to the head and doesn't stretch all the way back plus can I buy the ointment at the store an can I apply it to my skin that covers my penis
