Brief Answer:
Likely to be Tinea Versicolor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir

It is not Bartonellosis. From the clinical picture provided it appears to be Tinea Versicolor which is fungal infection of skin and skin folds.
Exact diagnosis will depend on examination under Wood lamp and further collaborated by Skin scrapping examination. I would suggest you to consult your Dermatologist for further clinical examination

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
