Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
Kindly elaborate on your questions. Also upload a photo of rash so that I am better able to help
For fungal infection apply antifungal lotion like clotrimazole lotion on the affected areas twice daily and continue with tablet fluconazole for another 3 weeks. Fluconazole may have side effects.
On fungal patch don't use steroid as it won't allow it to cure.
For bald patches on the scalp continue with mometasone lotion.
Even intralesional steroid injections like kenacort injections every 3 weeks for 3-4 sessions will cause hair regrowth.
