Question: am a male i was having pro lacting but 2 days now i started eating fruits and been a vegetarian it stop why

If i do heavy stress work galactorrhoea cames on 5 november i stop stress work and eat vegetables and friuts it goes away i stop stressing 2 days now it stop so what is the cause?can stress raises galactorrhoea i stared relaxing it stop
