Dear Mr XXXXXXX

I understand your concern and apprehension about your mother. Let me assure you things can be taken care off.

Presence of multiple Gall bladder stone and associated chronic Cholecystitis is a definite indication for surgical removal of Gall bladder that is Laparoscopy Cholecystectomy.

Further management regarding renal calculi will depend on symptom and Ultrasound report. I would suggest you to provide me with the following additional information

1. Does she have fever ?

2. Does she have pain in abdomen?

3. Is she having nausea and vomiting?

4. Kindly provide me detailed scan reports and other investigation done so far

Awaiting your response
