Suggest Treatment For Gallbladder Sludge

Gall bladder problems may not have relation to Vitamin D
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Vitamin D deficiency has been blamed for several diseases including weak bones, grey hair, immune system problems, skin disorders, cancer, diabetes and many more diseases....... HOWEVER, let me tell you that there is no much scientific basis for many of these claims. ENDOCRINE society has suggested Vitamin D replacement only to improve bone and muscle health, not for any other illnesses.
Vitamin D is required for bone and muscle health and there is no doubt about it. It probably has no link to gall bladder problems or the pain which you experience under the sternum. Gall bladder sludge is more common in women in their 40 s who are little overweight. Sludge doesn't necessarily need surgery, but if there is stone formation with gall bladder duct obstruction, then surgery may be needed.
Gall bladder problems indeed can lead to acidity and reflux disease which can lead to similar pain like what you are experiencing. GAll bladder distension itself can also cause such pain.
You have not mentioned about your weight. If you are overweight, weight reduction can help to prevent gall bladder stone formation.
For Vitamin D, based on the level of your vitamin D, you will need replacement. Along with this, you will also require sun exposure.
