Suggest Treatment For Gallbladder Stone

Question: Hi, two years back I was diagnosed for gallbladder stone. I used to exercise for weight loss. I usually did jumping jacks or runs. But after this problem, I get sharp pain if I walk fast (fast enough for exercise or slow jogging like), while I do cardio. Doctors suggested for surgery, which I want to avoid. I'm a 23yr old female. Is there any other way out of this problem? If not, at least to avoid pain? The stone's size is 1.4cm. TIA
Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
The sharp pain you get while you walk fast is not due to the gallstone. It is muscle pain. You can take Dolo-650 for relief. Physiotherapy would also be helpful.
The only definitive treatment for gallstone is surgery. It can be done laparoscopically.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
