Question: I have always had gas pains throughout my stomach. Lately though I've been nauseated 24/7 with it . For a couple weeks diarrhea and now I'm back being constipated which I've had most of my life. I've started an antibiotic in the last 3 days and a med for nausea. I had my gallbladder out last February and haven't been normal since. This nausea for the whole month of January has stopped all my activities

Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated. Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Liver Function Test.
2. Endoscopy.
3. Stool examination.
I would advise that you can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg. If your stools are normal, you should stop Metronidazole as it also cause nausea.
Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Also drink lots of water daily.
