Brief Answer:
The symptoms may be due to Gallstones.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in the upper abdomen, in the centre or towards right can be due to Gallbladder stones.
As ALT is 184,you should exclude Common Bile duct obstruction.
If there is no obstruction like Stone in Common bile duct, you should consult a Gastroenterologist for further management.
Please get a CT Scan abdomen and exclude obstruction of Common bile duct.
If only Gallstones are present, Gallbladder has to be removed after the enzymes come to normal.
It can be done Laparoscopically.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
