Suggest Treatment For Gastric Problems And Body Pain
Question: Hi doctor,
My husband has met gastroenterologist for his acidity problem, heart problem in april 14. Doctor has suggested Cremadiet and T Ganaton for month. After medication he is telling that he has faced some restlessness , high heartbeat at early morning , lack of concentration ,lack of sleep etc. Afterwards we checked cardiologist & all results were normal & he is not having any heart related problems. But still he is facing some of the other problems. He is not relaxed. He is having body pain especially.he was also stressed due to his office work.
Are these effects due to Ganaton? Checked reviews for Ganaton which was not appealing. I am really confused. Please suggest to proceed further.

Brief Answer:
Manage Stress levels
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in
As mentioned by you he is under stress
There are all possibilities that he has these symptoms secondary to stress
Though not known with Ganaton, I always prefer to skip the medicine and observe as it is not a life saving drug so can be omitted
Ask him to take bland diet
If used to smoking or alcohol consumption ask him to avoid the same
Also if need be add an antacid, proton pump inhibitor and a good probiotic
Hope this helps
Do write back in case of concern

Doctor,
Thanks for your reply. He skipped the ganaton after one month i.e in may . he had the same problem. so we went & checked cardiologist in XXXXXXX . tests are normal. Still he is feeling tired, body pain & related problems.
He is a non smoker, non drinker and takes only egg too. Not sure what is the root cause of the problem and how to locate it.

Hi
Thanks for your follow up
Your observation rules out the side effect of Ganaton
Also the symptoms you have mentioned are a part of stress induced gastritis and/or Irritable bowel syndrome
As suggested an antacid, proton pump inhibitor and a good probiotic will be of help
DO try this and get back to me after 10 days of treatment
Wishing your husband a speedy recovery
