Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. gastric ulcer with belching and abdominal discomfort are all sequelae of this gastritis with gastric ulcer symptoms. Warm lemon is rich in vitamin C and can be used but not in plenty . Once in awhile usage wont do any harm.
For belching , eat small frequent meals, prefer fibrous and fluids diet. Avoid stimulants like coffee, tea, cola, beverages, alcohol and spicy food . Avoid processed and fatty meal and reduce it to the minimum. Chocolates and all sugary beverages and sweets should be avoided as well.
For the leg cramps, try some skelaxin and tylenol. Avoid NSAIDs of all kind as that will worsen your gastritis and ulcer. Mucosal protecting agents like sucralfate will help as well. So will the gastric motility enhancers like domperidone and metoclopramide etc.
talk to your gastroenterologist and let them decide what is best for you.
I hope it helps.
