Brief Answer:
Gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The black something which you puked out was dark blood tinged mucous which would have occurred due to gastritis , which is common in pregnancy if you have been practicing sedentary life style and your eating habits have been irregular.
This doesn't harm the baby but can cause bloating , heaviness and burning sensation in the chest often termed as pain chest which can be really uncomfortable sometimes. This can be relieved by regularising your diet and taking proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole 40mg or Rabeprazole 20mg tab twice a day for few days to a week. These are safe in pregnancy and shall relieve gastritis.
Regards
