Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Loose Stool
couple of suggestions
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
If the pain occurs after meals it could be that you are having too much stomach acid and that is causing pain. This is likely the case if this pain got worse after you stopped your gastritis medicines since many of them block stomach acid.
If you had the pain even before you stopped the gastritis medicines then it may be that some food you are eating is causing the problem.
I would first try eliminating dairy since that is a common food intolerance.
Then try eliminating one food at a time and see if you can find what is causing the pain.
Smaller meals may be helpful. Adding a daily probiotic like Align may also help.
Avoid citrus and other hot, spicy or acidic foods.
I hope you get some relief soon.
If none of this helps see a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy to try and determine the cause.

Hello and thanks for the follow up.
I agree that it could be butter. Sometimes fats in the diet can cause some stomach upset. I do think it would be a good idea for you to see your doctor and get an exam and perhaps some additional testing since the problem does not seem to be going away.
I hope you are feeling better soon
