Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Motility Disorder

Question: Dear Sir/Madam,

Good evening.
I have a long term gas problem.
Every time i eat something, there is the problem appears after 10/15 minutes.
I am not taking any medicine currently for this.

Please suggest.

I have gone through your query. Gastritis and motility disorder can be the reason for your problem.
In such case taking Proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) and motility enhancers like domperidone for long term will be helpful. Taking antacids with anaesthetics like Mucaine gel will be helpful to relieve the acute symptoms also.
Avoid fatty , fried , greasy and junk foods. Coffee , carbonated drinks , alcohol and smoking should be avoided also.
If there is no improvement then consult a Gastro enterologist and you may need to do fibro gstroduodenoscopy to find out the exact status also.
