Question: I have Barrett's Esophagus without dysplasia. i was worried whether dyplasia will diagnosed in future. How many years/months takes for dysplasia to form in cells.

Thanks i was worried about it, because i am just 27 years and i thought it may lead to cancer. what diet should we consider.

1. Avoid coffee, citrus, fatty food/spicy food/masala, tomatoes
2. Do not eat full stomach. Eat multiple smaller meals
3. Avoid bedtime snacks and go to bed 2-3 hours after food.
