Brief Answer:
Don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

Don't worry.. Relax.. Delivery is a natural process.. It is normal to have anxiety regarding normal delivery.. A counselling with videos which educate you regarding natural process of labour will relieve your anxiety..

Avoid intercourse at this stage as it can cause early rupture of membrane.. Breathing exercise and yoga helps to relieve stress.. Bit pain while examination is normal at this stage.. Epidural will further help in pain relief.. So always have a positive approach towards normal delivery.. This will help you to feed your baby immediately after delivery.. Moreover postoperative pain is very less as compared to caesarian..

Hope I have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any doubts.. Good day..

Brief Answer:
when contractions start, the baby is likely to rotate

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing.

Dont worry about that because in labour when contractions start, the baby is likely to rotate and you will have a normal delivery.. In case the baby don't rotate, the baby will come out as face presentation.. Only that, there will be some delay in delivery..

Hope i have answered your query.. Good day..
