Suggest Treatment For Generalized Body Stiffness, Intermittent Hot Flashes And Chills, Fatigue, Drowsiness And Low BP

Advice to undergo blood tests
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The symptoms you are experience which comes and goes is concerning for pheochromocytoma (which is a catecholamine secreting usually benign tumor of a gland above kidney). It can cause intermittent hot flashes, stiffness, sweating, increase heart rate and hypertension.
Plasma metanephrine levels and 24 hour urinary catecholamine level can screen for presence of pheochromocytoma.
The condition is completely curable through surgery.
I believe since you have mentioned blood test have been already done, obvious causes like hyperthyroidism have already been ruled out.
So please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.
Hope this answers your question. Please let me know if you need further clarification.
