Brief Answer:
Penile lesion
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This is a classical genital ulcer. You would need to go down to the doctor to get this evaluated. In many cases it comes out from a simple infection in which pus is formed and the lesion erupts leaving a scab which later heals by itself. In other cases, it is due to a sexually transmitted infection (STI) if you have a history of unprotected sexual intercourse. Therefore, a couple of tests would be needed and the appropriate medications instituted after you meet a doctor.
