I have been indoor tanning the last couple of days and today I noticed several skin colored bumps around vagina. Could tanning have caused that or should i be concerned about something else?

I uploaded a photo. I can't find any photos online that seem to match. I wax occasionally but it looks different than ingrown hairs I've had before

It is a second degree of burning hence you should follow these tips to promote a fast healing :
1.keep the blisters area clean because if they broken increase the risk of infection
2.cover with a nonstick gauze
3.apply over the counter creams that contain antibiotic or burn treatment cream called silver sulfadiazine
Process of healing can be long ,it can take more than a month and can make scar tissue.
