Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Are you pregnant at present, if yes, what is the number of weeks of pregnancy?

Management of a migraine comprises lifestyle modifications and medications simultaneously.
You should take timely food, adequate sleep.
Avoid excessive tea, coffee, chocolates.

Prophylaxis medications safe in pregnancy is Propranolol.

Rest medications have some risk, especially in the first trimester. Drugs like amitriptyline, flunarizine, topiramate or divalproate are such drugs.

For acute pain, Paracetamol, Aceclofenac or Etoricoxib can be used.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
