Suggest Treatment For Giddiness And Body Tremors Caused By Presyncope

All of sudden, when i woke up my wife around 1 o'clock in the night around 10days back for giving me medicine i found that she could not stand own of her own and collapsed 2 times with complained about giddiness/shivering with sweating as next step i observed her lower BP was 61 and 64 both the occasions with the gap of 15 mins internal. She drink at least 3 glasses of water and asked me to switch on the ceiling fan as she was quite uncomfortable but after 30mins again when i checked up the BP it was 76/119 this time and she was normal around 2 o'clock. It gives me worry as she never had this kind of problem in the past but her BP was always <65 range for quite few years, she is not taking any medicine for that.
I would like to know the reason behind the whole scenario which happened 10days back at night with complete line of treatment so that i can relate it to some problem or deep sleep syndrome due to which she could not make sense what happened. Please help and provide details urgently as i am restless.I have attached her complete body checkup report, her urine culture is normal.
Thanks.
Suggestive of pre-syncope
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your wife's symptoms and BP recordings. Based on the description, the condition is suggestive of pre-syncope. In this condition, the blood pressure drops when in upright posture (sitting or standing), which leads to reduced flow of blood to brain. As a result, the person can develop symptoms of dizziness, weakness, confusion and sweating. In some cases, loss of consciousness also can occur, which is called as syncope.
We need to do a test called as HUTT test (head up tilt test) to exclude neuro-cardiogenic causes.
Other common causes are lack of proper food, tiredness, fear, anxiety and lack of sleep.
Best wishes,
