Suggest Treatment For Gluten Sensitivity

Question: I have a gluten sensitivity but other multiple allergies. The other one is dairy some nuts and anything containing sugar. I am sick often due to these allergies. I live in an area where it is difficult to healthy foods. I am wondering what I can do. My allergist told me to eat what I can tolerate as I have so many allergies. I would like any suggestions

Hello. Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I can understand your concerns. I dont knowbwhich anti allergic medications you are taking as you havent mentioned. But what I found very useful in my patients with such allergic problem is combination of monteleukast and cetrizine. Also you may add hydroxyzine for better results. I am on the allergy medications you suggested except for hydroxyzine. I am unsure if the allergy medications is increasing my dyskinisia and akathesia as they seem to be increasing. My neurologist states he knows little about my neurological disorder. I have been diagnosed with a seizure disorder. He has advised to eliminate or keep meds. to the least amount as possible

Welcome back. I dont think these medicines which I have mentioned do cause any dyskinesia or lowers the threshold of seizure. So you can take theae medicinea without increase in any risk of seizure. Wish you a good health.
