Question: I have recent done my Annual health checkup and from my health report (USG) I came to know that I have Grade I fatty liver just curious to know if there is any treatment required for this or any medications you can suggest me.

Alcohol intake, obesity, diabetes and high cholesterol are common risk factors.
In your case alcohol intake and obesity are the risk factors.
You have already stopped drinking alcohol.
So for resolution of fatty liver you have to reduce weight.
Your BMI is 33. You have to bring it to below 25.
