Brief Answer:
Following steps will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I appreciate your efforts for medical consultation in so much distress for mother.

Important aspects of your query are:
• 52 year old female
• Known case of Psychological problem for 14 years
• Partially better with treatment: Sulpitac 300mg, Dicorate 500mg, Lonazep 2mg
• Complaints of: Grandiose delusion (Like she is somehow related to god, and have capability to end Kaliyug after union with god)

From the history you provided it appears that your mother is suffering from Psychosis. Her treatment appears in right direction, as she is improving partially with current treatment.

Following steps may be useful to improve her further (Should be followed under supervision of treating psychiatrist only):
-Screening of thyroid dysfunction: Get serum T3/T4 and TSH level done
-Checking compliance to treatment: Ensure that she takes medicine regularly
-Increase the dose of current medicines: Like gradually increasing dose of dose of sulpitac to 500-600mg under inperson supervision of treating psychiatrist.
-Addition of other medicine: Like low dose haloperidol under inperson supervision of treating psychiatrist.

Request her current treating psychiatrist to change treatment (if possible) according to above recommendation.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Wish you good health.
