Brief Answer:
Report is within acceptable limit

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Greenish mucus stool can be due to some infection or transient change in bowel habitus may be due to viral infection or change in food.
To differentiate between these two the stool test is done.
I am not worried after seeing this stool report as the findings are within acceptable limit.
There is no occult blood, cyst or ova which goes against the bacterial infection. Few pus cells, fat globules, vegetative forms and motile bacilli are common finding in stool and indicates normal bacterial flora of intestine with some partially undigested material.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
