Brief Answer:
Reasons for groin pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Groin pain can be due to so many reasons. If you have any pain while movement of legs on hip joint then arthritis or aseptic necrosis or any pevic fracture can be suspected. But such pain is not present and any deep sensation of pain is there then prostatitis or kidney stones can be suspected.Problems with lumbosacral spine also can cause such pain.It should be excluded by local palpation and checking for deficits on legs by physician.

An ultrasound exaination of pelvis and abdomen should be carried out in such case.Blood routine and urine examination should be done to rule out any infections.Signs of appendicitis should be assesed by deep palpation on right iliac region.
Hope this may help you.Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
