Thigh muscle cramps, particularly at night may cause intermittent groin pain on both sides.
Arthritic condition of the underlying pelvic joints ,often undiagnosed may also cause similar pain intermittently on both sides of groin.
Neuropathic pain due to Vitamin B12 deficiency or diabetes may also cause groin pain on both sides.
Osteomalacia (however more common in females) associated with pseudofractures or Loosers's zones in iliac XXXXXXX on both sides can give rise to pain on both sides of groin.
