Suggest Treatment For Haemorrhoids

Question: I am getting small haemorrhoids around my ANUS for about a week or two, they are pop up and go down themselves.They are not that painful but by the time one haemorrhoid going down i see one more coming up. I am not taking any medication. Can you Please me on this.

PS: This happened immediately after heavy alcohol and chicken consumption on the eve of new year.

I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.
Looking at your description I would advise you to follow these guidelines for 3 to 5 days
1. Have lots of free fruits, vegetables and dietary fibers and try to avoid constipation
2. you can take laxative or stool softeners like liquid paraffin at bed time
3. Sitz bath twice daily ( keeping your your buttocks in a bath tub filled with lukewarm water for 5 to minutes)
4. Avoid alcohol and smoking.
5. Take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group of drugs with antacids.
6. Have plenty of fluids 4 to 5 liters a day.

Please follow these guidelines and write back to me with these details like
have you ever noticed bleeding per rectally?
Are you having pain in abdomen or constipation?
