Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall
Question: I have already told you in beginning that its a very slow process. Once medicine start acting it will take 3-4 month for noticeable change. But for full recovery and complete recovery of hair time may be expand upto 6 month 1 year. Last time you said this. I have successfully crossed 6 months now, I can sense some hair loss from the middle of the head. You talked about noticeable change in 3-4 month and complete recovery in 6-12 months. How much time do I need to take medicine more. Please let me know.

Improvement areas: Some hair I can see coming up in the frontal side, very short but miniscule
Not working: Loosening hair in the middle of the head, less hair after the frontal portion.

Means recent hair loss will be recovered first and goes back to reverse order and first area notice will be recovered last.
Similarly for hair thining and hair fall also.
Hair fall is a countinue process. But if new growth stops then we start noticining baldness. If new hair growth resumes then it balance the deficit between hair fall and hair growth.
New growth are the sign that hair follicle are getting nourishment.

Will do, but then I guess the new growth has stopped in the middle of the head since there is loosening of hair in that area making it look bald from the middle....though there are hair there but its fast loosening....how do I expect a growth there.

If you see typical pattern of baldness hair fall start from vertex of head and gradually extend to frontal portion of head. This is mostly seen where there is history of paternal baldness. If you have history of paternal baldness then that is difficult to treat with 100% recovery of hair. But hair loss can be recovered at some extent.
So "as it is" position can be maintained.
But if you have no such history, and baldness is due to any other cause it can be recovered at maximum extent.
Dont worry about hair loss that will recovered from medicine, some sign of hair growth are visible on frontal scalp. As medicine work hair loss will be stopped and then you will observe new hair.
Because mid of scalp is firstly affected so that will be lastly attended by the medicine.
