At least for very good result you have to take these drugs for 6 to 12 months .
These both products available on chemist shop .
Usually tablet has no side effect except mild nausea and this will adjust after 5-6 days .

Shaltop-A is the name of solution for local application on scalp ( bald area ),but it will take more time ( you can avoid tablets ) .
But as far as known to me there is no other way except implantation of hairs on the scalp ( but this is not for you).
