Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

Question: I'm a 25 year old woman and I'm experiencing some hair loss. balding does not run in my family on either side. I had one bald spot before but it grew back but this time it doesn't seem as though they are. is there anything I can do that will grow the hair back and keep it permanently? What are the most common possibilities for this problem?

You mentioned about bald patch that grew back.
This type of presentation is seen in alopecia aerate.
It is an autoimmune condition where hair is completely lost in a circular patch and regrows in a few months.
I would like to know whether you are developing many such bald patches or there is diffuse hair loss through out your scalp?
