May I know if you have been diagnosed with hormonal imbalance?
Any thyroid test done?
How may hair do you lose in a day approximately? Losing upto 100 hair a day is normal.
You may start with taking tablet BIOTIN FORTE once a day after breakfast for 3 months.
Drink plenty of water, get adequate rest and eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat protein rich food like nuts, pulses, fish and eggs.
If you have further doubts/ queries, you may get back to me.
