Brief Answer:
possible androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concerns and going by your history it seems to be male pattern baldness but since occuring at a very early age (22 years) thus one has to exclude the following:

i. baldness occuring early in a person should be screened for "Metabolic Syndrome" i.e.:
. Obesity (your weight)?
. Blood Pressure (your average reading)?
. Lipid profile (your cholesterol levels)?
. Blood Sugar value?

2. Any history of baldness or premature falling of hair in family?

3. Any investigation (hormonal tests, trichoscopy, histology, biopsy) done or examination (trichologist opinion) taken?

Please revert back for further necessary management.

first and last is not applicable to me as I have normal weight around 40-48 kgs , normal bp level low cholesterol , low sugar value and no tests like you mentioned . However I do find baldness history in my father which started at age of around 30 years .but in my case it started at age of 22. so please advise to minimize the problem if you may

Brief Answer:
As Psychological comoponent is there thus opinion of Trichologist is essential

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back

1. It will be in best interest for  you to have an appointment with a hair specialist [Trichologist] for your hair loss problem, who will make sure that you are not affected with any fungal infection of the scalp and will exclude any other pathology of baldness.

PS. If after careful examination and investigation cause comes out to be genetic then treatment options are limited, but surgical correction can be done [since it is more important from cosmetic point of view and do have psychological impact on self esteem]

 2. In the mean time prophylactic aspect that can be incorporated is/are:

i. Proteins are essential for antibodies production so milk, egg (white), beans, yogurt, soymilk, pumpkin, squash, watermelon, peanuts, almonds, if non-vegetarian (meat) are choices
ii. XXXXXXX carrots, cantaloupe, egg yolk, apricots, pumpkin, papaya, are ideal
iii. Vitamin C: is needed for proper functioning of immune system: amla is good option.
iv.  Vitamin E: is a powerful anti oxidant thus peanuts, dried apricots, cooked spinach taro root can be taken
v.  Soap nut (reetha) and shikakai along with Bhringraj and Neelini oil acts as natural conditioner and XXXXXXX you can use it safely.
vi. Vitamin B1 and B2, Omega-6 and Zinc, magnesium, biotin should be a part of regular vitamin intake, apple cider vinegar, Olive Oil or Coconut Oil, raw aloe vera juice can be applied directly to scalp.

Brief Answer:
first exclude the cause then decide

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back.

1. Consult with a Trichologist first to find out the diagnosis, i.e. is it baldness, alopecia or hair loss.

2. Since kesh king is an OTC (over the counter) product and avaiable online so you have to check yourself about its authenticity since there are pros and cons related with the product.

PS. First confirm the pathology and let me know so that I can advice you accordingly.
