Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
Are you having any thyroid disorders or are you anaemic? Both of these reduce the hair growth.
You can rule out these by going for thyroid function tests, haemoglobin and serum ferritin levels
Meanwhile I would recommend you to apply hair fall serum like anaboom antihair fall serum twice daily and take hair supplement tablets like tablet follihair or tablet keraglo XXXXXXX once daily.
They need to be continued for atleast 3-4 months to see significant results.

Brief Answer:
No side effects, no affect on conception

These tablets don't have any side effects.
You can plan your pregnancy as they won't affect conception but you should stop any oral medication once you become pregnant.
