Brief Answer:
Remedy for androgenetic alopecia and premature greying

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I ahvenoted your concern.

Hair thinning and reduced density from the front, mid and vertex of scalp in males is usually a part of androgenetic alopecia.
Tendency to develop androgenetic alopecia is hereditary i.e there may be a similar history of hair thinning and early baldness in family members like father, brother(s), uncles, cousins etc.
Treatment of androgenetic alopecia includes topical minoxidil 5% solution (Mintop forte solution) and oral finasteride (Tab. Finax 1 mg). One ml of Minoxidil solution is to be applied, twice daily on scalp skin, with the help of a dropper. Finasteride tablet is to be taken once daily.
For premature greying I would suggest you to take Tab. Kerablak once daily for at least 6 months.

Brief Answer:
Androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have reviewed the Images

I can make out hair thinning and reduced density in these Images. Androgenetic alopecia can be diagnosed clinically and does not require any lab tests. These images suggest that you certainly have androgenetic alopecia and therefore i advice you to start using topical minoxidil 5% solution and oral finasteride as explained in my earlier reply.

Brief Answer:
Remedy for androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

No special dietary measures are needed. Just take a good healthy diet just like others in your family. You may use a ketoconazole based shampoo e.g Scalpe shampoo, daily or every alternate days. Zincovit is not useful for androgenetic alopecia.
